The review of the main directions and schools shows in the theory of the organization and management that the uniform system of theoretical representations in this area to a verse of a time isn´t present, but the main social and psychological aspect of the organization is optimum combination of personal and professional parameters of activity of workers. In it cases, only a fruitful way for management – the appeal to "internal" measurement of the personality and use of her assertive qualities: honesty, expressional frankness, self-confidence, a high self-assessment, desire to establish confidential the relations and to win respect of other people. In article the essence of the organization, human behavior in the light of the main psychological modalities and orientations of valuable type reveals. Mechanisms and management and submission phenomena, methods and forms of creation of effective organizational culture are analyzed.
