STAFF MOTIVATION IN THE CONCEPT OF G. FORD

In this article the methods of motivation of work, which were suggested by G. Ford. The author concludes that the use of these methods of motivation ultimately leads to increase several times productivity of labour, creates conditions to provide the enterprise with skilled workers and new ideas. It is concluded that the motives of labor behavior of people is determined by the totality of material and social factors. It is shown that the role and importance of wages as a socio-economic category, different for the employee and employer. Currently, the enterprises are not used such motives as the importance of work and profession, professional development, approval and encouragement for successes. The employee must know not only its individual contribution, but also to provide the combined, joint efforts of all employees, and to be aware of the state of Affairs to be reached. It is noted that during the formation of the complex of motivational influences on employee, in the first place it is necessary to put methods that encourage the development of employee perceived intrinsic motivation.
