Innovations in education are considered the innovations, specially projected, worked out or by chance open in order of pedagogical initiative. Development of institution of higher learning on the basis of innovations is a difficult and protracted process constructing of that inevitably acquires strategic character and requires development of corresponding strategy of management. The epoch of educational гринфилда opens the unique "window of possibilities" for modernisation of existent educational establishments. One of basic tendencies in education can name "digital revolution". Scientists suggest to inculcate online-courses in Russian institutions of higher learning, that students could study on them, and then certificates about passing of these programs would be set off by institutions of higher learning. So students will be able to get quality knowledge, being far from front-rank educational centers.
