For active development and existence of any firm, it is necessary constantly to develop and to improve strategy of the development of the organization, special support in which is done for the development of innovation strategy. Work presents innovation strategy of production firm. The author accentuates attention in the basic parameters of innovation strategy of firm for the production of cosmetic. In the course of the formation of innovation strategy the company “renaissance of cosmetics” examines the versions of passage for the new market - production and the sale of children´s rule. For evaluating the situation on the market of Barnaul it was decided to compose the matrix of goods of this rule and potential competitors. Purposes and tasks of matrix consisted of the following: to cumulate information about the commodity groups of competitors and the methods of their advance on the market; to formulate the criteria of comparison; to carry out comparative analysis of the categories proposed; to reveal possibilities for the construction from the competitors; to form directions for constructing innovation strategy.
