ETHNO-CULTURAL AND CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING MUSIC

Organization of cross communication is a multistage process. Successful cross-cultural interaction is achieved reasonable and efficient behavior communicants, which shall establish and maintain communication. In the course of cross communication in the process of studying music students see their musical culture through the prism of musical cultures of the peoples of Russia and the world. The ability to cross-cultural communication manifests itself in the presence of such qualities as: re-spect for people, their cultures; demonstration of desire to communicate, interact and cooperate with representatives of other Nations and their cultures; focus on openness for dialogue, dialogue with the musical art of various peoples, the acceptance of the cultural diversity of music.
