WORKING OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION AND THEIR INTERACTION WITH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES (BASED ON SRNGO OF VETERANS OF WAR, LABOR, BATTLE ACTIONS, GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT, PENSIONERS EXPERIENCE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM «OLDER GENERATION»)

This article deals with the problem of interaction between non-governmental organization and public authorities. The article considers actions of the Sverdlovsk Regional non-governmental organization of veterans of war, labor, battle actions, government employment, pensioners. It also provides an example of the organization´s participation in the activities of public authorities. Moreover, we consider the implementation of the "Older generation" program, and show the amount of funds allocated for the implementation of the program. As a result, it was concluded that older people need more help than other social groups. They find it difficult to adapt to their new social status, and it is difficult to work with the modern means of communication. SRNGO of veterans of war, labor, battle actions, government employment, pensioners particularly operates in this direction. It host a lot of events for social adaptation and rehabilitation of elderly citizens. This explains the necessity for interaction between public authorities and non-governmental organization, non-governmental organization and citizens.
