At the article on the basis of the modern concept that the most important resource of any business is its staff, noted that the market conditions of special significance is the optimization of human resources management. Managing motivation to work, as one of the most important characteristics of human capital, plays a key role in personnel management. The article concluded that the system of personnel motivation can be based on a variety of different methods, the choice of which depends on the sophistication of the incentive system in the enterprise, the overall control system and peculiarities of the business.
