Increasing volumes of road transport, the increase in the speed and volume of traffic required to improve road design and operation. The poor condition of road surface is much deteriorating traffic conditions. Analysis of the causes worsening driving conditions in the winter and transitional periods, and identified patterns can serve as the basis for the development of complex technical and organizatsionnnyh measures to improve speed and safety, increase the convenience of traffic. Mode of safety on the road depends on the inter-related factors. Characteristics of vehicles and the driver may not have minimal impact on bandwidth than the parameters of the road.
In the future, emphasis should be placed on the development of automated systems for traffic control, functional separation of the highway-road network on expressways for faster access from one area to another and pass transit vehicles restricted traffic zones and pedestrian areas, cycle paths, and so on. The question of reconstruction of existing roads remain highly relevant.
