Problems of improving legislation in the sphere of illegal circulation of specific drugs – synthetic cannabinoids widely distributed in smoking mixtures «spice» and masked under substances found in legal circulation are considered in the given article. Specific additions to existing regulations covering illegal drug trafficking are suggested.
