In the conditions of prompt (dynamic) changes, uncertainty and instability of the development of many enterprises of Ukraine, the development of project management is gaining in importance. Thus, despite of the tendency in growth of the role of human resource management in the projects, the solution of human recourses management problems is becoming the typical situation for many projects. It is well-known that such situations arise when the policy of one person is contrary to another within the limits of the project. As a result, the interpersonal pressure arises almost always which can lead to attempts of one person to change forcibly the behavior of another with the help of certain actions. The problem acquires importance when case concerns the young specialists. Being in an unfamiliar situation, when they have to work in a team on a project with minimal experience, young specialists can become a source of conflict.
