PROSPECTS CATERING BUSINESS IN RUSSIA

The article considers information about one of the most perspective directions Russian food industry – catering. There are basic directions of activity of catering companies. Catering industry is related to the provision of services to remote locations. Catering development was in the early XX century in the United States , the rapid spread of catering services associated with the catering office workers. The basic directions of activity of catering companies and catering companies are examples of full-cycle operating in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The article highlights the relatively new phenomenon - catering consultants , and analyzed their role in the food industry . Just an example of events where catering consultants needed - is the Olympic Games . This article is intended for specialists in the field of socio- cultural services and tourism and attract a wide readership.
