SPECIFICS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE SERVICE AND TOURISM SPHERE

Today the role of welfare service and tourism increases in the world, in this regard the need for studying of this sphere, features of its management grows. In article the control system of the service and tourism sphere is considered, the structure of management and the interconnected elements entering it is analyzed. The main directions of management of the welfare sphere are allocated. Management in the sphere of welfare service and tourism essentially differs from management in other fields of activity. The reason for that are specifics of a product of activity of this sphere, its material and non-material character. In this regard management in the welfare sphere is considered at all stages of creation and activity implementation, from the moment of creation of tourist or service firm before direct realization of a product or service.
