RESEARCH OF HYDRODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF CONTACT PLATES BY THE TWIRLED GAS-LIQUID STREAMS

Now an actual problem of an oil and gas complex of the Republic is the problem of full utilization of associated gas. The problem of utilization of associated oil gas consists that all large-scale developed oil and gas deposits of the republic have as a part of extracted oil the dissolved gas with the raised content of hydrogen sulfide and other sulphurous connections. Processes of preparation of associated oil gas it is substantially caused by use of modern highly effective processing equipment. Efficiency of its work is defined by overall performance of its internal elements, the so-called, mass-exchanged contact devices the most widespread of which are mass-exchanged plates. Mass-exchanged plates existing today possess a number of essential shortcomings: narrow range of the effective work, insufficient developed mass-exchanged surface, and as a result low efficiency, high hydraulic resistance, high metal consumption. In this regard, development of a highly effective and high-performance mass-exchanged plate is the extremely actual task for the oil and gas industry. Installation of more effective and productive contact devices in new columned devices, will allow to lower their mass and dimensional characteristics, due to decrease in diameter, height and thickness of a wall of columns. The intensification of mass-exchanged processes is based on fundamental laws of classical hydrodynamics, mechanics of liquid and gas, physical chemistry and thermodynamics. And it is possible to carry to such means of an intensification - carrying out process of a mass exchange in the field of the centrifugal forces, the twirled streams of a gas and liquid phase, influence of vortex and cavitational effects. In these conditions uniform distribution of interacting streams, increase of efficiency of the hashing, bringing to increase in a specific surface of contact of phases and creation of the hydrodynamic developed interphase surface is observed.
