PRODUCTION OF FERTILLIZING-MELLIORATING SUBSTRATE BASED ON LIME-SULFURIC PEARLITE CONTAINING WASTE AND GROUND SEDIMENT OF SEWAGE

This publication shows the possibility of using waste of sulfuric acid plant SAP –U as a perspective fertillizer . The analysis were done for lime- sulfur perlit containing wastes and sludges of industrial wastewater. The new technologically efficient ways of processing and sale of sulfur - perlit containing wastes and sludges of «SAP -U» LLP´s industrial wastewater were suggested based on theoretical and experimental studies. The possibility of obtaining products based on utilization of sulfur-containing waste of sulfuric acid production and precipitation of industrial waste water , fertilizing - ameliorating agents were set. The positive effect of making perlit containing waste and sludge of industrial wastewater to the main factors determining the formation of productive agricultural lands was showed . The effectiveness of a fertilizer - ameliorating composition was tested in the field for growing vegetables and forage crops , and home flowers.
