The modern business life implies a very intensive exchange of information between participants in business processes often spanning different companies in different countries and different time zones, mobile users, sometimes working for different types of computers, such as home office or laptop. Information technologies facilitate the work of employees, accelerate business processes within the company and as a consequence increase productivity. Thus, for a leader they are not just a way to obtain and analyze information but also a highly effective control.
