TREATMENT OF BURNS WITH SKIN GRAFTS

In the analysis of literature data on the treatment of heavy termotravm by autodermotransplantats. The best regenerative properties in the area of the burn of autodermotransplantata are preserved when an early active surgical tactics and repeated material intake in the donor area to navigate through 14 days after the initial intake of the skin for transplant. State-of-the-matter dictates the need for further research on physiological and reparative regeneration of skin as well as the interaction of effector immune cells responsible for controlling reparative processes.
