This article is dedicated to studying and revision of some aspects of existing approaches of teaching bilinguals. The research lies in the sphere of communicative linguistics. The opinions of different scientists concerning interlingual communication in its studying aspect are observed, different levels of bilingualisation are observed. The difference between artificial and natural bilingualisms is pointed out. The attempt to widen an existing list of differences is made. The subject of the article – communicative personality of artificial bilingual. The problem is to develop a special method aimed to develop communicative personality of productive bilingual. Various communicative components of personal area of artificial bilingual are analyzed.
