Because of the demographic crisis in the world, the problem of dementia developing in elderly becomes of particularly topical and socio-economic importance. This disease currently does not have an appropriate medicine. In this article we conducted an analysis of many research of new drugs, which are under clinical research and which may give rise to a new era in medicine, where Alzheimer disease will not have any place.
