TECHNOPARKS AS AN ELEMENT OF INNOVATION INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE REGION: THE CASE OF THE REPUBLIC ТATARSTAN.

Nowadays the development of innovation infrastructure , namely the parks , in the Russian Federation is one of the major challenges not only for the development of scientific - technological potential of the country , but also for improving the competitiveness of the domestic economy . Technopark - a special area where, through the use of scientific knowledge from various fields of science and technology, concentrate relevant innovative solutions . The meaning of creation of technology parks is to concentrate on a single area of generalists . Network of industrial parks in the Republic of Tatarstan, have different target orientation, such as: information technology, the creation of new enterprises and the reorganization of the old , providing support to companies at all stages of the innovation cycle , providing the necessary infrastructure , etc. Thus, the development of a network of technology parks is a priority for the Government because they give an incentive to the development of small innovative businesses is by providing the necessary infrastructure on favorable terms for as long as possible. The development of small innovative enterprises in the Russian Federation - one of the strategic objectives , so the RT have been developed exactly this kind of innovation infrastructure , the number of which from year to year only increases, which in turn has a positive impact on the economic development of the region.
