ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF RECOVERY OF LOCAL SCATTERING SOURCES ON THE SURFACE OF OBJECTS WITH THE USE OF A PRIORI INFORMATION

One of the main characteristics of radio waves reflection from the objects with complex shape is the local nature of the reflection. In this work the analysis of the reconstruction of radar images of objects on the basis of radioholographic approach. Object is represented as a set of elementary reflectors, which are considered two-dimensional plate (the facet object model is concerned). The dependence of the error recovery coordinates the edge of the plate size was determined, at the analysis of a radar image for a particular projection of observation. The possibility of more precise restoration of the edges of the plates, representing an isotropic sources, is demonstrated for the case when the a priori information about the boundaries of the area where the object is compared with the case where no such information is given.
