METHOD OF BIOTESTING IN PRACTICE OF WORK ECOLOGICAL ANALYTICAL LABORATORIES

Used methods of the physical and chemical control not always can give an adequate picture of action of this or that substance on an alive organism. In this connection in the monitoring system behind a condition of environments the important and independent role is played with biotesting which represents procedure of an establishment of toxicity of environment by means of the test-objects.
Objective of work was studying possibilities of use of a method of biotesting for definition of quality of an environment.
Within the limits of carried out research the concept and essence of a method of biotesting is considered, is analysed the basic groups the test-objects and their test-function, possibilities of application of biotesting for definition of a class of danger of waste are studied, the characteristic is given to requirements to competence ecological analytical laboratories which are carrying out biotesting, features of use of a method of biotesting in practice of work ecological analytical laboratories on an example of activity the «Centre of the laboratory analysis and technical measurements on Murmansk area» are analysed.
