Emerged at the turn of XIX-XX centuries management started the result of finding ways and means of improving the competitiveness necessary for survival in the market. The businessmen understood impossibly maintain and expand their influence in the market without an effective internal policy, the ability to make suspended decisions and correct and timely reaction to the changes in the market. Compared with the traditional management involved stages such as planning, organizing, monitoring, the modern management includes wider range of functions constantly updated and expanded. The requirements to the employee have changed with increasing competitiveness, the development of technology , competition for customers and quality products. The main issue is the recognition of high social responsibility to all staff of the organization, especially the managers. This required fundamental changes in the principles , methods and forms of work with a man in business organizations . Brought to the forefront the problem of workforce management, human potential , where the ability of the leader can set a right aim and effectively manage these resources becomes a major factor in the success of the organization.
