This article is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle that will be reflected in the quantity and quality sports and sports industries and value orientations of students in the region of Russia. The paper analyzes the sociological research conducted by our scientists . Complex socio - demographics , health status, low level of physical fitness , increase in crime and drug addiction , the devaluation of spiritual and moral values in today´s Russia are doing very topical issue of physical, mental and spiritual health of young people. Central to most young people today are those value systems that are stimulated by the current harsh and cruel conditions of the "wild - criminalized by a corrupt market." Came to the fore values such as thirst enrichment, the cult of money , success , career at any cost. " The idealization of the market , the pursuit of well-being , by all means, are today a kind of socio- psychological phenomenon of youth consciousness , acquiring the features of a kind of utopia , based on - enrichment and success in life is to be achieved at any cost ."
