TRAINING OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF MANAGERS FOR THE SUCCESSFUL WORK

For effective professional activity of managers a huge role plays not only theoretical training and practical communicational skills in the modern labour market. Accordingly young specialists must be training in communicational skills. There are traditional methods of teaching and active learning methods, training, coaching. In the modern socio-economic conditions, the Manager has to constantly raise their professional level. Methods of training in the workplace include coaching (training their colleagues in professional skills), mentoring (development of a ward within the profession, assistance in career development and in the definition of goals in life), internship (shadowing of the various departments and job under their supervision) and rotation (moving a specialist from one Department to another to familiarize with different areas of the organization) . With these methods, employees will be able to review and rethink their own experience of communication, will be motivated to behave a certain way, learn some communication skills in the process of communication with colleagues.
