CLASS NORMS OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE (BASED ON SPEECH CHARACTERISTICS OF CHARACTERS IN THE FILM “KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE”)

In this article the problem of class standards in modern English society is devoted on the material characteristics of the speech. Our research has shown that the concept of "class norm" does not exist as such, so it is equal to sociolect, because they have common basis - the class division of society, which means a limited group of people. We made observations to identify the most characteristic features of the vocabulary of different classes of society and to track what layers of vocabulary are commonly used by representatives of British society.
