ECO-LABELLING AS AN ELEMENT OF RATIONAL RESOURCE USE

The problem of scarcity of natural resources appeared to humanity in recent decades. Unfortunately, this "deficit" was not only due to the increasing rate of consumption of natural resources by man, the most important was an extremely inefficient use of the resources of the planet; their insufficient knowledge, widespread pollution and destruction, the use of inefficient technology is to blame. The introduction of a system of rational natural resources will allow us to move to a new level of development. Reduce the rate of consumption of natural resources, to reduce waste, prevent pollution and destruction of natural resources, and to preserve the biodiversity of fauna and flora. One of the most effective methods of solving these problems in European countries is competent tax policy, the system of subsidies and environmental certification.
