MARKET TRENDS OF ALCOHOL PRODUCTS IN RUSSIA

Spirits market in Russia is almost always played a large role in the economy. Alcoholic beverages sector is of particular interest to the scientific economic analysis, since it has special characteristics, being one of the most important sources of replenishment. On the one hand, the growth of the market leads to an increase in revenues, on the other - has negative social consequences, which may affect adversely the future socio-economic development. Consequently, many governments are pursuing a policy of quantitative restrictions and improve the quality of (culture) consumption of alcoholic beverages. Russian state in this series is no exception. Analysis of the alcohol market is the most interesting from the point of view of the institutional approach in relation to the many features of its structure and functioning of the specifics.
