In the presented work the most important questions of public service are considered. There are some concepts such as morals, debt, honor, bureaucracy and corruption. A refocus on personality and chiefinterests happens neglecting interests of society and citizens in modern society, especially in public authorities. The moral culture of the public servant is shown through the attitude towards people to which he serves. The professional ethics of the public servant helps to concretize, realize moral values in conditions, sometimes very difficult, unusual. The professional ethics doesn´t form the new principles and concepts of moral consciousness, it as if "adapts" already known principles, concepts for specific spheres of activity of the person.Forms of corruption and bribery are how various, also methods of their prevention are so diverse. The importance of a case in point is caused by close attention and criticality of the public in relation to activity of civil servants, and also an adverse effect of corruption and bureaucracy on economic and social processes of the country.
