At the present stage of economic development, company focused on production, face with the problem of the application of new management methods, dictated by the market. Other rules are applied not only to the organization of the production process, but also to the linkage with partners and marketing in common. As one of such requirements is the flow control of information. In modern conditions the organization of production and marketing of finished goods is impossible without the use of automated systems. Those production control methods that are currently used require businesses highly effective computers. And our task is to examine the methods of management production and marketing, in which companies successfully operate.
