INTRODUCTION OF THE SISTEM OF LEAN PRODUCTION AT RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES

The production system is one of the key elements in the business activities of any enterprise. Rationally constructed system can improve the efficiency of the firm. In addition, the production system, created on the basis of the concept of lean production, will significantly reduce the cost of the creation of products, works and services, improve their quality, thus increasing the competitiveness of not only goods and services, but also of the whole enterprise. Therefore, it becomes necessary to study the peculiarities of the implementation of lean production enterprises, in particular Russian enterprises. This article explains the need for and implementation of a production system "lean production" in Russian enterprises. The study focused on the concept of "production system", peculiarities and difficulties of its formation. The study analyzes the existing experience in introducing TPS in Russian companies. Particular attention is given to tools, techniques and principles used in lean production.
