CLUSTER APPROACH IN THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC AS THE MAIN ELEMENT OF PROPORTIONAL DEVELOPMENT DYNAMIC

The paper investigates the problem of cluster approach in terms of the regional economy . The author defines the cluster reveals features clusters compared to other bonds. Further, the characteristic of successful regional clusters , identifies their advantages. Discusses the importance of schools as a cluster member , and such an important part of the cluster , as NCDs. The author examines in detail the policies aimed at the creation of clusters. It is concluded that the use of the cluster approach in the management of the regional economy contributes proportionally to its dynamic development.
