The article gives a comparison of variants of reconstruction of the objects of industrial development: through the conversion of buildings, business centres and shopping area; use of the existing buildings industrial buildings for resolution of ecological and social problems of the city; the reconstruction of industrial buildings for recreation and entertainment of the residents.
