The transition to a market economy became the reason ever increasing competition among domestic companies, which in turn led to the need to increase business efficiency. Modern information technologies with proper implementation and use are not only able to increase the business profitability, but also to achieve the maximum economic benefit that is most relevant for business. But there are many difficulties implementation of information technologies to Russian enterprises. The key challenges of IT implementation are cautious attitude to services and opportunities of information technologies, the reluctance of an integrated approach to the implementation of IT and outsourcing referents, a shortage of skilled managers who know how to effectively manage the business, business processes, using advanced information technology.
