Ancient philosophers considered Cosmos to be a holistic hierarchically structured system that is characterized by the harmony of the Universe, though each version of the ancient Cosmocentrism has its specific features in understanding Cosmos. This is a cyclic cosmocentrism of Heraclitus; Pythagoreans’ doctrine of being as math numbers; Anaxagoras Nous that organizes chaos; Plato´s world of ideas, which is a benchmark for the sensual world; dynamic cosmocentrism of Aristotle. The purpose of this article is to analyze paradigmatic constants of ancient Cosmocentrism.
