PCR-INDICATION FLAVOBACTERIUM PSYCHROPHILUM

Work was performed on the basis of the laboratory of molecular biology, Department of Microbiology, Virology, epizootology and veterinary-sanitary examination of the Ulyanovsk state agricultural Academy named. P.A. Stolypin. Tested was developed by a team of authors scheme polymerase chain reaction for indication Flavobacterium psychrophilum. During the study were optimized parameters amplification: chosen temperature hybridization primers and adjusted the number of cycles.
