Research of consumer preferences is an important aspect in activity of any organization. By its results the management of the enterprise can not only improve the existing product range, but also develop additional actions for attraction and stimulation of consumers that will allow to increase competitiveness of the company.
In this article results of research of consumer preferences of dairy products are given in the region (on the example of the Penza region) and recommendations, the direction on strengthening of loyalty and commitment of consumers to company goods are made.
