TO IMPROVE THE RELIABILITY AND FRAMES TRACTOR DUMP TRAILERS

This article presents materials on the development of perspective design of the platform for dumping tractor trailers, allowing to eliminate failures in the frames trailers caused by constrained torsion their constituent elements. Such a design is protected by the RF patent. All existing for today such towed vehicles not having devices excluding constrained torsion rails and cross bars of the frame in the zone of fastening of the platform platform has low durability and therefore require result in significant expenses on repair of the frames. As a result of the carried out calculations defined rational geometrical parameters of the specified devices and evaluated for economic, in the case of its implementation in practice.
