At the beginning of the XXI century Trains being a backbone element in the Russian economic infrastructure , is crucial to the country´s economic development . In this regard, given the rising demand for railway transport, dictated terms of economic development , it is necessary to constantly and consistently implement the update and further development of the railway infrastructure. It remains one of the most investment-attractive segments in the transportation industry . And this trend has the potential to be relevant in the coming years . The reason - the increasing demand for its construction and modernization. Value of the railway infrastructure in the development of bilateral relations between the two countries is of great importance .
