Individual tourism - tourist travel is committed c full or partial waiver of the services of tour operators and travel agents . In organizing this type of tourism is made individually route and bought the necessary services (travel, accommodation, meals , excursions, etc.). In the XXI century amateur tourism is becoming popular and promising that promotes Internet innovation in tourism: online booking, e-ticketing, tourist portals, forums on independent travel . Conducted a content analysis of scientific articles , using the formula coefficient Janis (s), designed to calculate the ratio of positive and negative ratings , which helped to identify the benefits and advantages of the e-ticket online booking tourist services on travel portals . The article also offers recommendations online booking of travel services for amateur tourism.
