Within the last decade the world community was shaken by various crisis phenomena: climatic crisis, financial, fuel, etc. In total these crises harmful influence possibility of peacekeeping at prospering level. Irrational use of the capitals is the reason of these crises. In this regard, the new direction in world economy – "green" economy which will allow to improve welfare of people was formed, will provide social justice and will significantly reduce risks for the surrounding nature and its degradation.
