Efficiency of utilization of production assets at construction enterprises is a major problem in capital construction. The article proves the necessity of a unified approach in the efficiency of production funds. The method of an overall evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the use of the totality of the fixed assets and working capital funds, through the profitability of construction production.
