In this article the features of construction influencing management process by the personnel of the construction organizations are considered. Differences in the organization of construction process from production in other branches are revealed. Tendencies on a labor market in construction are shown. Conclusions that the personnel management system of the modern construction organization has to consider features of construction branch, its actual problems and universal tendencies of development of approaches to human resource management are drawn.
