April 5, 2013 , the Federal Law № 44- FL "On the contract system in the procurement of goods , works and services for state and municipal needs" was adopted. Federal Law № 44-FL, consists of 114 articles will govern many new relationships, which , in turn, does not regulate the activities of the Federal Law of July 21, 2005 № 94- FL "On placing orders for goods , works and services for state and municipal needs" . In this article the author analyzes Federal Laws № 44 –FL and № 94- FL.
