DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGISTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF STUDENT TEACHING

One of the priority directions of development of practical psychology of education in our country is improvement of professional competence of educational psychologists. The organization of educational process of psychologists has to have the praktiko-focused character. Special competence of the teacher of psychology reflects extent of possession of future expert techniques of psychodiagnostics, psychocorrection, psychoprevention, psychotherapy, group and individual consultation. Today the educational paradigm combining fundamental psychological preparation and praktiko-focused nature of training of future psychologists, teachers of psychology is formulated. For the purpose of development of professional potential, development of professional competences of students being trained in the "pedagogics and psychology" direction work of future experts in the touch room within professional practice is possible. Practical work in the touch room will solve problems of rendering psychological support to the population and as to promote professional formation of future experts.
