PRICING PROBLEMS IN CONSTRUCTION

Pricing is the most important area of economic work in the enterprise. The challenge for all enterprises, commercial and non-profit organizations face the task of determining the price of their goods, works and services. On the correct pricing depends largely on the volume of sales, profitability, and other performance indicators and, as a result, the competitiveness of enterprises. Economic restructuring and the transition of Russia to a market economy has led to radical changes in the socio-economic development of the country, one of the main directions of which is the question of pricing and valuation in the construction cost estimate. The need for reform of the pricing system in modern conditions has been repeatedly raised at national forums builders with the Ministry of Regional Development, responsible officials of the Government of the Russian Federation, the State Duma.
