THE MAIN ASPECTS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTITY

Crisis management is important part of a management activity at the entity, it is founded on a strategy and tactics combination. Crisis is a number of conditions which limit normal functioning of the entity. Prevention of a crisis situation requires use of preventive approach in management. In this article the interrelation of investment and innovative policy with crisis management is reflected. In article the main strategy of use of fixed assets in a crisis situation are also considered and the conclusion is drawn on need of work with the personnel as an important aspect in crisis management.
