Over the last decade there has been a trend in the world of the number of people with mental and other disabilities , which is close to the maximum value . As a research problem , the author touches considerable emphasis on public attitudes to people with mental and other disabilities. The data for future research relations pathologists to persons with mental disabilities and their awareness of disability issues , about which services and organizations providing assistance to disabled persons with mental and other disabilities in Yelabuga. Analysis of the results shows a significant level of awareness of legal acts , special services that provide assistance to people with disabilities ..
