Depending on the type of tectonic movements, scientists isolated at different times different hypotheses formation of the crust. Hypothesis, called fixists combines the predominance of vertical tectonic movements in the evolution of the Earth´s crust, as well as a fixed position relative to parts of the crust mantle. Modern hypotheses are based on the same ideas mobilistic, they are based on ideas about the predominance of horizontal tectonic movements. The earliest discussion of the horizontal movements of lithospheric plates under the influence of convection currents appeared in 1881 in the book of O. Fischer "Physics of the Earth´s crust," and then in 1910 in the works of F. Taylor. Fisher interested, thrusts, found in the Alps, marked the beginning of a new "era in the history of geological sciences." Further opening of the Urals geologists allochthonous occurrence of ultrabasic massifs Kraka in the southern Urals in 1967-1970, it became the biggest achievement in the last 40-45 years, and was an important scientific discovery, to fundamentally change the traditional ideas about the formation of the Earth´s crust, the origin and history of the Urals. Was established genetic link with allochthonous mineral structures that create conditions for the generation and accumulation of a deposit. This allowed for the first time to talk about the prospects for oil and gas Ural Orogen, which was previously considered exclusively the province of the ore.
