OPTICAL DEVICES FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF PRODUCTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY

The review of devices is presented in article for quality control of production of the food industry based on optical methods. In the food industry it is important to maintain the quality of products, so optical techniques are very promising. A feature of these devices is the non-contact measurement that allows you to not contaminate the product during the measurement process. However, the devices built on an optical method is very sensitive to contamination of the optical elements. These devices are widely used in the manufacture of beverages, cookies, vegetable fats and oils and other products. In it it is told about such groups of devices as photocolorimeters and photospectrometers. Refractometers are in more detail considered. The main scheme of the principle of operation of refractometers and a scope of these devices is provided.
