THE ANABOLIC STEROIDS IN THE SPORTS MEDICINE

A review and systematization of the main data of the literature on modern drugs from the group of anabolic steroids, which are currently the most widely used in sports medicine for increasing muscle mass, muscle definition, scope and strength for the bodybuilders athletes. This article is about the history of the discovery and use of anabolic steroids in world-class sports disciplines. Shows the main side effects of anabolic steroids and their danger in self uncontrolled use without strict, continuous and dynamic control of a qualified doctor of sports medicine.
